Non-pasteurized cream

u/ladylauren92 4 pts Dec 24, 2019 17 comments
Hello, does anyone know by chance where I can get non-pasteurized heavy cream? I tried making clotted cream today with regular pasteurized cream, and only got a little bit out of it, and a lot of liquid left over.

I feel like this applies to the ART as well

Art Lane issues

u/BMW_325is 76 pts Dec 23, 2019 110 comments
I know we've all seen a ton of ART posts. People turning across the lanes, sitting in the lanes and, a number of other issues. However, I Just watched someone pull into the ART lane, roll down their window and, push the temporary rope dividing lanes up into the air so that they could drive under it....

Passed an ABQ Police cruiser last night and the cop was totally watching YouTube on his computer. Didn't know they were hooked up with broadband. Wish I got a better pic.

Looking for a place for good/small chicharrones

I think most places make their chicharrones too big, I'm trying to find a place other than stufys that has them small and not overcooked (like where they're still crispy but they melt in your mouth for the most part) and if that place also has them in a burrito with red chile, beans, and cheese.
